At Druvs, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within fair, clear guidelines.

📦 Returns (General Policy)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

It must be returned in original packaging

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order

Custom or print-on-demand products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
🌍 Returns for International & European Orders
Customers in the EU and UK are entitled to return eligible items under the 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Important Notes:

For EU orders, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer

Duties, VAT, or customs fees are non-refundable

We are unable to offer free return shipping or exchanges internationally

Print-on-demand items (e.g., personalized mugs, apparel, tumblers) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged

Items returned without original packaging
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund
🔁 Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include a photo of the item and packaging

We will replace or refund the item promptly, including shipping where applicable
