🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Druvs

At Druvs, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within fair, clear guidelines.

📦 Returns (General Policy)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Custom or print-on-demand products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.


🌍 Returns for International & European Orders

Customers in the EU and UK are entitled to return eligible items under the 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Important Notes:

  • For EU orders, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer

  • Duties, VAT, or customs fees are non-refundable

  • We are unable to offer free return shipping or exchanges internationally

  • Print-on-demand items (e.g., personalized mugs, apparel, tumblers) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Print-on-demand or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items returned without original packaging


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund


🔁 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact info@druvs.shop within 5 days of delivery

  • Include a photo of the item and packaging

  • We will replace or refund the item promptly, including shipping where applicable
